We take for granted the time it takes to climatize to new states, to adjust to benefits/changes of new heights.

When you’ve struggled or lived/living through the lens of trauma it takes time to allow yourself to be one with the present moment, to recalibrate in body and mind acknowledging that you are no longer in the place you were and this takes time to adjust to.

Sometimes you look around in absolute awe of your life.

It’s fascinating when you take time to look at yourself or observe self – how desperately we cling to what was even though we have propelled forward.

It takes time to recalibrate, to go from a deep dark space, to a flourishing, plentiful, abundant space. It takes time to be able to pat yourself on the back and hug yourself with love, for Self.

Self Love requires discipline.

Self Love requires stepping out of your comfort zone and into your big shoes.

Self Love is difficult to begin with but becomes familiar with time.

Self Love requires you nurture your ugliness, that you become your own experiment and in doing so no one else can experiment on you.

When you step into your power, know that it takes time to configure, so grant yourself all the time you need, years, lifetimes, who can be sure.

Just remember that in being present, in living in the moment you ground yourself, you give yourself permission to truly be who you are and remember never be afraid to operate outside of the lines. Jump, leap, roar, it won’t be easy, it definitely won’t go to plan but it will be better than you ever imagined.

You are the curator of your life – start believing it!

Attachment will cost you, be wise with whom you share your energy.

Always practice being who you need to be for yourself first.

Sending light and love, ALWAYS x
