I hope you’ve had the opportunity to reflect and take into account how you’ve felt over the holiday period, acknowledging both your positive and negative attributes and I hope you have taken the time to find balance and praise yourself for overcoming your hurdles.
Can you use this time to reflect on the year that has passed, addressing what worked and what hasn’t and then move forward by manifesting how you would like to step into January; what you wish to leave behind; acknowledging what you have outgrown; what areas of Self you must pay greater attention to; what habits you would once and for all like to kick?
How do you find balance?
Have you been practicing Self Love?
Are you still in the habit of complaining before you say thank you, complaining when you first receive something before being grateful?
Pay attention to yourself, to outdated ways of being that no longer serve you.
Time to undo your destructive web of Self.
Time to address behaviours that diminish your character.
In order to better our external world we must address our internal world first.
Before the 1st of January 2020, give yourself, you time.
Just you. No distractions. Remove your addictions. Addictions = anything the mind tells us we can’t live without – processed food, drink, sugar, alternate state – alcohol etc.
Can you give yourself an hour to listen to the chatter within your mind, calm the noise and embrace the internal peace? Underneath it all, I promise, you can find great peace within.
Use this time to slow down, to think about the direction you want your life to go in, to develop or start practicing Self Love and make the time count.
Allow your greatness to unravel, give yourself permission to face the parts of yourself you tend to hide. offer yourself forgiveness. Offer yourself love.
“The Greatest thing you will ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.” Nat King Cole
Learn to love yourself to the highest degree and watch your world evolve around you.
Eliminate negative words such as: can’t, haven’t – anything linked to lack and refrain from comparison. Get off social media and gallivant, there’s a world outside your doorstep that’s as magical as you allow it to be, you just have to open your eyes and heart to see and feel it.
Eliminate blame and take responsibility for your life, for who you are – no matter how hard. Who you are isn’t static, you are not given a life sentence to remain the same especially if remaining the same means no growth and causes you more harm, than good.
Give yourself permission to grow.
Never dim your shine, allow your light to glow brightly!
Adapting to the majority will cause you to shrink, always choose to vibrate higher.
The world needs your glow and you deserve magnificence!
Sending light and love, ALWAYS x
